rough idle 700 1987

I have a non-turbo 1987 740 which I tune up every year (plugs, cap, rotor, wires, flame trap) Recently, the engine has been idling rough while in gear,(car shakes including steering wheel), but when I put it in neutral, the idle becomes smooth. This is something new and not related to my last tune up.

Any ideas?
