Running rich 700 1987

Anyone good with 1987 760 turbo? I have changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ox. sensor and fuel filter, yet the car is still running very rich. I am getting 11 miles to the gallon. It looks as though it is a diesel when I step on the accelerator. Thick black exhaust. What else should I check or look for? Any help would be great.
