Starting problem - no sound when turning key 200 1990

The car died after filling the car up with gas. When I turn the key there is no sound at all. I've replaced the starter twice, the battery, the alternator and a fuel pump related computer board. What is going on?

The car has 150K miles and is otherwise in great shape.
