Squealing rear brakes 700 89

Greetings,

1989 760Turbo wagon , 170K miles, South Florida

Anyone have advise to silence chronically squealing rear brakes?

Have PBR brakes and shims , used CRC brand spray on disc brake product.

It lasts about a month then starts squeal again. Are calipers NG ? Are PBR pads the problem ? No shims ?? Anyone have similar problem, ongoing problem several years, help appreciated,
