My wife's 78 244DL is hard starting cold, won't idle, and when warm and it idles better it hesitates when accelerating. Kinda bogs and hasn't any power, but if the load is removed and the gas is pressed more it will rev, but bogs and wants to die if load is replaced. I've replaced the fuel filter, switched a working fuel relay, cleaned all the fuses, tested the thermo switch, and looked for vacuum leaks at the intake manifold. It seems to me that if the cold start injector was malfunctioning putting fuel in when it was warmed up instead of stopping then it wouldn't have the cold start problem. Any other suggestions? I think I'll switch in a good used cold start injector tomorrow, but I'm doubtful. Ideas?! Keith
