Air Conditioning...Should I even bother !!! 200 86

I haven't used my air conditioning in about 6-7 years. It wasn't great when I bought the car (9 YEARS AGO) then it seemed to get worse over the next couple of years after that.

I'm fearful of even turning it on figuring somethig might be seized and create more problems than it's worth.

I'm curious as to what you all think in terms of cost and parts needed to get the system up and running again.

All your help is greatly appreciated... as usual.
