Are my trail arm bushing inside?? 200 89

Ok I've been putting off on doing this.

I took a quick look today and my trail arm bushings are not the ones that sit in the body, like hanyes suggests. They are just on the trailing arm. I did take it to a mechanic who wanted about 500 to do them. And he too said they are not in the body, and can be removed with a press, ie no special home brew tool.

Is this right?
