Anyone Used this Euro Manual for Later 740's? 700 1990

Has anyone used this version of the Haynes manual for 740 coverage after 1988? I'm wondering how applicable it is to the US versions - like does it cover the Rex Regina system, etc.? Decent wire diagrams? Hit the link below. Thank you.
