Which transmission(s) will fit???? 200 1982

I have an '82 245 with a trashed M46 4-speed+OD tranny. The overdrive is worn out and the tranny makes ominous howling bearing noises, so it's time for a replacement. What years/models have 4-speed/OD trannies that will bolt into my '82? Do all 4-speeds have cable speedo drives? My local salvage yard has lots of 240s and 740s of all types and vintages, so I have some choice. I imagine a junkyard tranny in a nonturbo wagon has probably been abused less than one in a turbo sedan. What do y'all think?
