Broken manifold bolts. Any suggestions? 200 1979

I have two broken manifold bolts. I tried the "jam nut" techique, the threads stripped. I can't seem to get the drill in there to use the Easy Out. I've been soaking and tapping and heating. What else can I try? Any help is greatly appreciad. Know any good garage music?
