Reverse lights don't work, suggestions? 200 84

There is short in the circuit that runs my reverse lights. The rear defrost is on the same fuse, #12 I think. I know it's the reverse lights because the fuse doesn't blow with them unplugged. What I was wondering was if there is a common place where those wires chafe and short out. I hate tracking down shorts and thought I might get lucky posting here.
