cleaning injectors 200 79

i have a crappy gas tank that keeps fowling my injectors, and so i recently swaped them from another volvo i keep for parts, however the ones i took out and now have just sitting on the shelf, are relatively new, maybe a year and a half old, but now they look all rusted on the inside, are they ruined or are they still cleanable, and if so how does one clean them.
