How can I get to the power window relay? 200 90

For the past few months, all power windows would die briefly and then come back to life. They have now stopped coming back to life.

Since it is all windows, I suspect a bad power window relay.

I spent about an hour yesterday trying to get my hands on this relay but was not successful. I am not exactly sure where it is. When I remove the glove box, I can get my right hand on the overdrive relay but no further.

Can anyone tell me how to get at the power window relay on a 1990 240?
