Cold Start Injector? 700 1987

Anyone know whether there is a cold start injector on the B230FT. I have cold start problems- usually take three failed attempts before I can get out of drive way. Car will crank fine, idle high and then drop. After a 10 minute drive car will restart fine.

The following have been eliminated and or replaced. Cleaned TB, fuel pumps, MAF, turbo plumbing replaced, wires, cap and rotor, O2 sensor.
