Anybody ordered a muffler from ALLOEM? 200 1987

Hey,

I recently ordered a muffler from alloemvolvoparts. Fast friendly service and good prices, as usual, but they sent the muffler unboxed and it got banged around pretty good.

I was just wondering if this was SOP for them, or if it was unusual. If anyone else has bought a muffler from them, did it arrived boxed or unboxed?
