??Relay on Pass. Shock Tower?? 760T 700 87

I am trying to fix a no start on an '87 760T. I have seen a lot of posts telling people to switch the two relays mounted on the passanger side shock tower. I think one of these is a radio noise suppression relay? I cannot locate these relays on my vehicle, nor can I find a description in my manuals. Does my vehicle have these, where are they located?
