Checking fuel pump pressure 200 82

How do I check out my fuel pump pressure?I have a tester I got from JCW a few years back.I replaced both pumps a few months ago & have a stalling problem since then My car has the B-21 K-Jet 4-cyl gas 4spd+OD (Early '82 built Jan/82)
