Hey y'all,

Thinking about buying a small travel trailer and wondering if the Beast will tow it with some modifications. My questions: what overall trailer weight and tongue weight should be my limit? What mods do I need to do to my 242 to make it tow safely?

Current Setup:

B23E finally running perfect,

4 Spd manual w/overdrive

Stock suspension.

I'm thinking of robbing the springs from a similar vintage 245, adding beefier swaybars, better shocks, and of course the receiver hitch/light harness. Any further ideas/advice would be appreciated. TIA...
