780 blower vacuum loss 700 90

Does anybody know where the hiding place for the blower fan vacuum reservoir on a 780 is? I have read some posts about it being under the front bumper but I can not seam to find it there. There is an area I can’t get to but there aren’t any vacuum lines around at all. My problem is that I lose my vent air when I accelerate. Typical vacuum loss type of thing, but I can’t seam to trace out the vacuum path. Does anybody know how this works?
