Vibe Problem When Fat Asses in Back Seat 200 90

No problem when just me in car. When 200Lb in passenger seat and 280Lb in back, I get a small "rub" sensation and sound that starts around 25 MPH and fades out around 35 MPH. Could this be anything besides the drive line mid-shaft rubber bearing?
