Purchase Advice 700 1991

Considering purchase of '91 740 Turbo Sedan w/automatic, 120K miles on odometer. What are the top items to be aware of on this model? For sale on small used car lot in So. California. Sale price is $3000! (well below Blue Book). Dealer was closed Sunday so I was unable to test drive or examine under hood. Car appears to be in reasonably good shape. No visible body damage. Leather seats are cracked and worn. Car has sliding sun roof. Tires look good with no obvious indication of poor alignment or other tread wear problems. Thanks.
