Stereo wires 200 1989

I just bought myself my very first car... 1989 Volvo 240DL with 135,000kms... I love it!! The factory stereo in the car was dead though so I bought a KENWOOD system for it and I was wondering which wires in the original wiring of the car were for what? More accurately, which is the constant power wire and which is the ignition power wire??? I have never done this before and need some help. THanks!
