Headlamp conversion 200 1984

I have a 1984 Volvo 240 DL wagon. I would like to replace the four OEM headlamps with rectangular Cibie E code ones. Is this a simple procedure or will I be getting into a wiring change along with a fuse box modification due to voltage differences?

Has anyone out there done this upgrade easily or will I be opening a can of worms?
