Radiator Circulation 140-160 1974

I had some work done on the dash lights and tail light wiring and after that the engine started heating up. I had recently changed the thermastat and the temp. was perfect.

I noticed the water wasn't circulating. Is there something that controls the water circulating in the radiator?

Can someone help with this.
