Xenon bulbs for a 1987 740 Turbo??????? 700 1987

Hello all!

I was just wondering if it is possible to have Xenon lights on my dads '87 740 Turbo. If Xenons aren't possible, do you recommend me any lighting systems or lightbulbs that are more powerful than the stock one? PIAAs?
