Seek wiper/switch info! 120-130 any and all

Hello 122 Owners;

I seek info on the OE wipers and switch installed on your models to be used developing an intermittent upgrade suitable for 544, 122, 1800. Were there various wiper options, or were all 122s delivered with dual speed wipers plus washer (or was washer (only) an option), and was there only one switch type installed? That is: Pull(position 1, slow wipe), Pull(position2, fast wipe), Pull (position3, wash while fast wiping). I'd like to know all the different arrangements people have seen in their travles, but also what was known to be the OE standard (if there was such a thing).

Help is appreciated...off-line also.
