cold start "limp mode" 900 94

my '94 960 sometimes will not start during winter or cold weather and also commonly

occurs first start in the morning.If it starts,then turn-off,it will not

restart.If it driven for a short distance,it will not restart or sometimes

stop,then the arrow light goes on and off on the dashboard.It will not shift unless the shift lock is pressed.This occurs randomly during mornings,I get to the dealer I cannot duplicate the problem.This is driving

my wife and I crazy..Help...help...
