Power Steering Leak 240-260 79

I've discovered a leak in my power steering in the hose

from the pump to the steering box.

When the wheel is turned all the way, the fluid is sprayed

out.

Is this something that an amateur can do himself?

If not - what would be a reasonable price from a repair shop?
