Air Filter 200 89

I was going to replace my air filter the other day, so I unhooked the top 2 clips and "lo and behold" there is something else that needs to be unhooked

in order to remove it. I was in a bit of a rush so I didn't look any further but I seem to recall a previous post on this that made it sound like there's a bit of a method to doing it easily. I'm just looking to do it the easy way rather than the "long or difficult" way I usually do things. Thanks
