Suspension Click?? 200 1978

During braking or when going over a sharp bump I hear a click in my from left suspension. I also feel the click with my left foot. Does anyone have any ideas where it could be comming from. I should say that during the past 6 months I have replaced all the front end bushings, and struts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
