Disconnect the sensor lead, not the heater leads, and put a digital volt meter on the sensor side. Then lean out the mixture (pull a vacuum hose off) then enrichen the mixture (add propane/butane from a torch into the air stream). The voltage should QUICKLY move from .2 to .8 volts. (I cannot find my tech sheet but it moves in this range but I don's recal which direction. The Bosch part number is 13006 and you should be able to get it from most independent parts house. (I found that the chains such as Auto Zone) are as high at dealers. You will need a deep socket wrench with a slot cut in it so you can slip in on the sensor with the wire attached.
