acc 700 1990

the compressor starts and turnīs off in a second and does that all time now, not as it used to do before when it start working and give cold and stops when the cold is good, a friend thought it was a relay failur or something or maybee the (pressotat)pressure contact?

any tip? the acc has been converted to new liquid
