The turn signal flasher unit is located behind the console side cover on driver's side clipped to a vertical brace. Remove the panel in question by turning the fastener at bottom 1/4 turn CCW and then loosen the phillips screw at top. Now slide it forward to remove it. The flasher is a 2" by 1 1/8" by 1 1/8 " relay looking device held to brace by a clip.
