Hi Rollie,

You´re not alone.....I think that many of use have had the Nuked Nivomat Disease.

A widespread opinion (as far as I have deduced anyway) is to get rid of them, buy good quality shox and new springs.

Remember...you can not use the springs for the Nivomats when you replace with normal shox.

No Nivos, just Bilsteins and Hi Q Springs.
