B21 'buzzier' than B23? 200 1983

Just bought a 1983 245, I wouldn't call it a vibration more of a buzz from the engine in the reange of 1800-2800rpm. I have only driven 240's with the B23 engine and they seem to be smoother? Is this normal in a B21? I feel it in the pedals and the steering wheel, engine mounts are good.
