Passenger Floorboard Flooding! 700 1985

My passenger side floorboard is getting wet for no apparent reason! It's not associated with rain at all. I suspect that it's the A/C overboard vent. However there is evidence that the water from the A/C is making it outside the car and onto the ground. Is it possible that all of the water is not making it out? How can i verify proper drainage?
