speedometer ratios 200 1981

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer a question about a 240 mechanical speedo. I recently swapped my speedo, the ratio being 9800, for a newer one, the ratio being 9600. Will it be off? By how much? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
