headliner removal? 244 200 88

i may have found a "better than white" headliner donor...

so now how to remove it?

would seem much easier on a 245...

i havent ACTUALLY attempted

but i am posting so i dont have to make multiple trips should a problem arise! say the headliner is roughly the size of the cars cabin, and the doors are much less!

can it be done without bending, and most feared, rear windsheild removal?!

i dont know how to start removing it, and it may not even be worth the time it takes to sit at a yard and remove the rear window for a smelly old headliner!
