What is the gizmo called? 700 1989

On the right front of a 89 780 Turbo engine is a gizmo that has a bunch of hoses and pipes. It is attached to the front of the engine with 2 allen bolts. These bolts work loose and cause the car to run bad. What is the gizmo called?
