Bob,

I went kind of nuts trying to find a non-Chilton shop manual for my 1990 745ti, and discovered a couple of things. First, Haynes publishes a manual for the later 740/760s Haynes UK which is available in the US

from Hayne's Tennessee plant at 1-800-242-4637. Also, they distribute some things called "datasheets" which are Adobe Acrobat documents containing a bunch of tuneup and maintainence specs.
