Help with a '93 240 Wagon 200 1993

I have a few questions about my newly attained 1993 240 Wagon (I think designated the 245). First of all I would like to thank the many people on the list that helped me with questions when purchasing. I found the cleanest used car I've ever seen and I'm truly happy with is rock like personality. (you car people know what I'm saying.) I'm finding little things about it all the time and slowly being converted to a believer.

Questions (If you can help with any of these, it would be appreciated)

I have a squealing sounds (from I think the blower fan) at around 70 MPH. Or maybe the speedometer. I only hear it beginning at 70 and the air conditioning can be on or off. It sounds like a squeal or a vibration of some kind that creates a sound like something is shaking while it rotates. Speed can sometimes stop it. Is anyone familiar with this? How do I correct?

The woman who owned the car previously wanted a CD player. The dealership installed one but tapped the headlight source. Is this common? With the rheostat that controls the dash lighting it shuts the power to the radio. At first I thought it might be a safety thing. Radio on + Lights on.....but it just doesn't seem right.

Thanks

Mark
