How do I get the relay out of 780 dash? 700 1990

I recently purchased a 1990 780. Now it won't start. I have determined that there is no power to the fuel pump. Hopefully I can resolder the relay and get it going. The fuses are behind the ash tray, I assume the relays are further back in there somewhere. Does anybody know how I can get these side panels off or know of a way to access the relays? Thanks for the help.
