Sumatumo tires 200 89

My last project was turbo sway bars. Wow what a difference! It was like driving a totally different car. Now my tires are bald and I'm looking at new ones. I have 15 inch 5 spoke turbo rims, that currently have Micelin185/65/15's salvaged from my dead Saab. I'm not sure what to buy. Some people on the board have said they are running 205/60/15's. Do these really make a difference over the 195/60/15's? How much do they hurt the fuel economy? I was at Costco looking at Michelin and Sumatumo tires. The Sumatumo's were a lot cheaper, but I don't know anything about them. Are they similar in quality to Toyo tires. Does anybody have a set of these?
