Gas cap Flip cover.. 700 86

Can anybody help me find the rubber assembly that holds the cover to the gas cap ?? or a part # for it ?? I still have the cover but broke the rubber thing that holds down the metal (spring ??)Thanks so much..and I'm in the Dallas area..
