Transferring Cruise Control to new volvo 700 1991

Hi All,

I just bought a '91 740 wagon (non-turbo). The only thing it's missing is cruise control. Do you think I can take the cruise control out of my '86 740 GLE sedan and put it in the '91 wagon? Or are they incompatible.
