Tie rods-Replaceable? 200 1991

One of the inner tie rod joints has some play in it. I know they can unscrew but are they actually a replaceable part? One of my tires is getting awfully chewed up. Already did the outers and wheel bearings, but there is still the inner joint with play in it.
