Rattling when going over bumps! 200 84

I have no clue what this could be my only guess is something to do with the wheels. Whenever I'm on a bumpy road i hear a rattling outside, underneath my car. my boyfriend thinks that my shock might be loose, or just that something is loose. any information would help. thanks guys.
