Sudden Loss of Power 200 1987

Ok - so I get home from work yesterday evening, the old Brick is purring like the proverbial kitten. Get up this morning - she starts fine - hit the highway and notice a definate lack of power. Kick her down into passing gear to get up speed, she seems to have a new built in rev limiter (4400 RPM). Made it to work ok, she idles fine, where do I go /start from here? AMM - fuel pump - ????
