Anyone good with engine timing? 700 1990

Well, I think I pulled a bad here.

(1990 740 NA AT no mods)

This is my first time doing a timing belt. During the removal proccess (and also when the car first stalled), the crankshaft was turned multiple times, and the camshaft was also turned a little bit, independent of the crank. I read the FAQ, but I didn't find anything that fit my situation.

My question is: what is the procedure for regaining the proper timing? My intellect is a bit lacking in engine timing.

Any help is appreciated. TIA
