Engine/Transmission Mounts 200 89

Just received R and L motor mounts from VCP.COM-quick service and reasonable! The motor mounts are made by "SCANTEC" Sweden. The tranny mount has no identifier and is for a 5spd w/out A/C.

Are they truly original (the motor mounts)?

How long would it take to install these 3 mounts?

Level of difficulty (Foster 'knucklebuster scale')?

Will I notice less idle shake or shifter knob shake?

When it was last in for service the garage said that the R one was "over 50% worn, are is usually more prone to wear. What's been the experience out there with mounts?
